Be warned I entered into a mutual agreement that I would be business with APX in May of 2009. I tried to end our relationship in August and received no bill, but later a bill arrived in September. I since have learned that APX falsely represented itself during the agreement. I consider this agreement a misrepresentation by APX from the start.
