The photograph is the cockroach that was in my coffee this morning. In fact, I had nearly swallowed it, when I felt something slimy and strange in my mouth. Luckily I spit it out. This is the Dunkin Donuts at 2001 Chestnut St, in Philadelphia, PA. I spoke to the manager, who said that pest control just came the day before. She had nothing to offer except to replace my cup of coffee, which is not what I'm seeking for. What I really want is an apology and a promise to the customer that the store will do everything it can to ensure the safety and quality of its products.
