I also went to this website for my "free " credit report . Since then I have been charged 12.95 per month for a service I never authorized and never used. Even if I wanted to use it I would not be able to as I was never provided with a user ID. I am currently in dispute with them with my credit card compnay. I refuse to pay them one dime. I did call today and canceled what I did not authorize in the first place and I got a confirmation number I also would like to enter a complaint to the BBB or whomever. I will take suggestions as to where to start with this procedure. read full review »
