A CD was offered online for 1.98 shipping and handling fees. This was supposed to be a government grant search CD. You had to submit your Debit card or credit card to order the CD. Then a week later your charges were placed on your checking account for 69.98 which you did not authorize. This is a serious scam and is affecting a lot of people online. The United States Government should investigate this fully, and lock up these criminals promptly.
