A guy by the name of Lance Puig owns this company and every investor considering doing business with York Street Properties would be well served to follow BASIC research before investing: 1) Check the last 5 years of bank references. 2) Check with the local Better Business Bureau (BBB) 3) Get a list of ALL licenses, certifications, etc and then verify them. 4) Get copies of certified financial statements spanning at least 2 years with special emphasis on the last year.
