I was billed $18.75 on my At&T bill from the above 866 #. When I called, I was told it was a service to provide your own personal 800#. I said I had never heard of them nor ordered their services. I was told I had ordered it thru my email acc't! I don't know how they obtained my email address, and have since seen several complaints re this service and their unautherized billing!
