I took my wife’s shirt and pant to get dry-cleaned at Somerset Cleaners on January 12, 2009. On January 15, 2009 I went to go pick up the clothes. The shirt had a lot of fuzz on it, wrinkles, and stains. I complained about it and the cashier at the time used a lint remover to clean the shirt. When I asked him why a dry cleaned shirt would have to be cleaned with a lint remover, he did not answer. I complained some more and he agreed to redo the garment (i.e. dry clean it again).
