One of our Pella windows have been leaking probably from day one. Since the leakage was small, we did not detect until several years later. Once we figure out the problem, we contacted the Pella Window representative.<br /><br /> They sent people to look at the problem window and told us that the window needs to be replaced and we have to pay the installation.
