On 19-October-2009 I went to Snappy Snaps and paid £10.99 to take a digital photograph for the purpose regarding US Green Card Lottery application. The digital image which I was sent through e-mail did not conform with the specific requirements to the application. I notified the Snappy Snaps officials immediately going by person in their shop and they refused to cooperate me in this case and insisted that their photo is absolutely correct.
