Marmalade is a thoroughly unscrupulous mobile phone sales company that sells for the network 3. I am dealing with the complaint on behalf of my 78 year old father-in-law who was missold this mobile phone contract over the phone. Marmalade contact you directly using vague language to suggest they are connected with your current service provider (my father-in-law is on T-mobile) and trap unsuspecting or not savvy consumers into a 'verbal contract' over the phone.
