We ordered the above-referenced range hood from this company. When we received it, we realized it had already been installed (and removed) and then repackaged. The hood had several rivets missing, the electrical panel missing (there was a hole where the LCD panel should have been!), several screws missing, caulk on the electrical cord, and a dented exhaust vent.
