The lack of customer service is worse here than anywhere I have ever shopped. I will NEVER shop here again. I emailed on 3 different days, asking for the status of my order and all they say is "its on its way". By the end of 2 weeks and 3 days of this I was giving up and sent another email stating I was canceling my order.
