In August I immediately called the phone number for information on returning merchandise that was printed on the outside of an unopened package of Dentech whitening that I believe I did not order, and I followed the recorded telephone instructions I was given, which told me to send an email for further instructions about returning the package. I never received a reply to that email, so I sought help from the credit card company.
