McNicolas Realtor is a 1 woman (Peggy Langen) operation. She is spread way too thin and wont have much to do with protecting your property besides collecting your monthly payment. She managed my property for 18 months and didn't even give it a drive by. She couldnt pick your property out of a line if her life depended on it, but she is so quick to tell everyone how experienced she is and such a professional...I was not impressed.
