I did not sign up for this protection and I am now being charged for it! I had submitted to Your privacy Matters 1-2-3 and canceled on 9/25/09. I just spoke with them and they show my account cancelled and do not know who this above charge is but that is not them. Please help me fix this and credit this charge back to my account!
