I signed up for this program. After I discovered it did not perform as "guaranteed", I requested a refund via email and I left a message on DMO's toll free #. I called the "help desk" telephone # and asked for a call to "help" me with a technical problem. After numerous emails and telephone messages, the only response I have received is an automated response dated 9-9-09 confirming receipt of my "ticket". As of this date I have yet to receive a refund of my $197. The bottom line is RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!! read full review »
