Discover Card used to give you a cashback bonus once you reached $20. Now, it's $50! You can't redeem it for cash, but, of course, you can still choose to spend that $20. It's a way of getting you to do business with their partners. So much for having to give us something once the Fair Credit Act was signed into law.
