I called the local Radio Shack with a question about payment methods and was basically laughed at by the manager - in two separate phone calls. He was incredibly rude and pompous, so obviously I'll never patronize that store again! So then I use MY money to call 411 to get their customer service line, and get YET ANOTHER jerk on the phone! I misunderstood his mumbling about connecting me to some other line and he was VERY rude in his response.
