HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have bought a couple of weapons from this shop and have used their gun-smithing services in the past. They have always been rude (for no apparent reason) and overpriced, but the shop is conveniently located and they get the job done. They don't seem to understand that they are not the only game in town. I took a weapon in to be fixed (assault rifle) and informed them that it was a preban weapon with paperwork; totally legal.
