I too have been ripped off by this company. I have made several calls to cancel this product and continue to get billed and receive shipments every month! The phone representatives tell me it's cancelled and taken care of but that has not been the case as of today! Thanks to everyone for sharing comments regarding your experience with this company. I am going to pursue this and would love to see this story hit Headline News! Phone calls and letters will make a difference if we all stick together.
