I ordered a silver Kodak Easyshare digital camera for my nephew for his birthday. I was sent a Pink camera. The box it was sent in had a picture of a silver camera. The order said my item was a silver camera. I reported the problem to them. They said they would send me a shipping label. I checked the mail everyday for a shipping label that never came. The shipping label was emailed to me and the customer service rep failed to let me know that the label was coming via email and not regular mail. So the shipping label expired after one week.
