I called T-Mobile requesting a copy of the terms and conditions of my agreement and the specifics regarding my account. They told me that they would not fax or e-mail and that I must go to the store where I purchased my phone. I told them that I did my transactions with them over the telephone and have never used a store and if they can change modify or add new lines, etc. over the phone, they should be able to conduct my business electronically as well.
