I purchased an Alienware Area 51 Destroyer edition earlier this month. The item arrived DOA. After spending more than a hour on the phone with their tech support- I was advised it was the motherboard creating the problem. Alienware shipped a board replacement which I received one week later. They would not overnight or ship it any quicker. After receiving the board and replacing it I still had the same problem. I spent even more time on the phone with their tech support.
