I had a gift card that was given to me by my company that I hadn't used and had been expired. I called BOA and told them that the gift card was expired and asked if there was there any way I could get my money back. There first tactic was to get my name and social security number or my drivers license number from me. The fellow on the phone told me there was a 50% percent chance I could get my money back.
