I recently purchased a 2006 Subaru Baja pick up from Sean Petty, et al. It was listed on Ebay Motors as having leather upholstery, but when I took delivery it did not have any leather. The car was delivered with food or gum ground into one of the floor mats. The left rear tail light was broken and it would not pass the state safety inspection. The fuel tank filler door was open and would not shut. Sales documents sent by next day mail took five days to arrive.
