I have made my monthly on time every month since I puchased this car back in 2005. I apparently made the fatal error according to a CSR/ Suprvsr ( Operatir # 221178) which ios the reason my car payment went up 152.67 per month. The CSR I spoke to stated that I had a history of missed payments, habitually late, and made partial payments.
