My land line phone 0120-2649433 provided by BSNL is faulty/dead since 04/10/09. I have registered complain on 04/10/09 vide no. 00429. this is dropped on 08/10/09 without correcting the phone. I again registered complain on 09/10/09 vide com. no. 00457. no action has been taken till date. read full review »
