I flew from Amsterdam to Barcelona via Madrid - my baggage was lost for 9 days. I only obtained my luggage by presenting myself at the Barcelona airport and refused to leave until they found the bag. It is funny that they 'found' it after telling me for days that it was with the courier - it was in their lost and found department and had been in the airport for 8 of the 9 days - five of which were in the lost and found. I had given them distinguishing markings, and my name and all contact details were on the bag! I contacted the CEO, but after two letters, still no reply, nor compensation read full review »
