We had a representative come to the house to look at our exisitng furniture and had her order the matching pieces which was represented as a model number. When it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong color. We found out that the model number on the paperwork was incorrect. California Furniture refused to take responsibility for the mistake. We discussed it with them and eventually reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no results. We were forced to sell it as a consignment and lost hundreds of dollars. They have a lot of brand new consignments for a reason. Be careful to doublecheck the model numbers THEY write down. read full review »
