I am a retailer that ordered from this sign maker for the first time. Before ordering, I shopped arounded. All the other companies quoted a month to six weeks production, so I chose them...as they quoted a week and a half of production time. I placed my order on Sept 23, 2009 and I still don't have my order. When I wrote the company a letter, they actually told me that they were still within the quoted timeline because I didn't place my order till Oct 6th.
