Phone contact from Nuance convinced me to buy their recorder with ability to connect with USB to PC. Philips Digital voice tracer arrived . The unit is impossible to operate according to the enclosed instructions (totally inadequate) and online is the same . Have not been able to contact Nuance for instructions, support or return instructions. read full review »
