This catalogue refuses to deal directly with customer who is making irregular payments. I am responsible for payments and must pay or else i am charged. catalogue accepts NO responsibility for customer but when i asked if other people can order they said yes, at no time was i informed of what would happen if customer fell behind with payments please can someone help me i am desperate, I have been a responsible customer for years but i am now looking at a rising debt with interest and late/non payment charges.
