upon looking at my bank account, i noticed a charge for 79.90. what is this? i called the number on my statement and they couldnt even tell me what it was. all they said was my money is not refundable and argued with me. i asked to talk to a supervisor and was told repeatedly that he was on the phone. she (flora, the woman that i spoke to) kept saying that he would tell me the same thing.
