The Silvercreek Estate Property in Guelph, ON is byfar the worst managed property I have ever seen. The superintendent of 100 Silvercreek is an arrogant prick with a stick up his ass. He does not know how to mind his own business. The building manager is a bitch that does not know how to dress like a professional, wearing mini skirts and cleavage full tops. She also has holy-er than thou attitude even though everyone knows she enjoys going out to bun spliffs as much as the next tenant in the building. read full review »
