First of all the remote stops on any given number so that my 87 yr old grandmother cannot even use the bed. My husband got her the bed so that so could get in and out of the bed easier on her own. My grandmother is quite mobile. However, when a company promises all that they have in this bed and it doesn't do its job it is COMPLETELY USELESS, HORRIBLE, UNBEARABLE for my grandmother.
