My complaint is that why does Chevron have their G.E. finance group call you about a monthly payment that was refused by your bank when in fact my bank statement shows that the electronic payment was made on time. Chevron tacks on a $ 30 dollar late charge each time this takes place and refuses to remove the charge. If the error is made why don't they remove the late charges.
