I have been a customer for many years. Purchased 3 items including a size 14 Pucci dress. Instead I received a size 0 denim cut off shorts with a price tag of $50 that could not go over my toes. I had to spend endless time with Neiman to convince them that i had not received my shipment. their customer service is rude and unhelpful. i will never shop there again. now, i have to wait 6 weeks to get a credit. of course, the dress showed up on ebay with the Neiman ad. I wonder if they have theft in their warehouse!!! read full review »
