I was charged 12.95 per month for something that I did not receive nor did I authorize them to take it out. My credit card has been charged since June of 2009 and I have called this company regarding these charges. They could only refund one charge which was in Sept. 2009. I ask if they were agreeing to return only one payment, why could not they own up to charging the other amounts. I was told that I had to call them and cancel myself.
