I called into Sears to get questions answered for my mother, who is hearing impaired. The gentlmen wouldn't talk to me in her place. If I had called impersonating her instead, I could have gotten somewhere...but that would be wrong! When I asked to speak to his supervisor he said that he was the supervisor.
