I took my car to NTB, at the end of July (2009) to get an estimate for a serpentine belt replacement. I was then quoted an inflated price for the belt, tensioner, and idler pulley. The reason I know that the price was inflated is because after I declined their service and asked for a written estimate so I could do some comparative shopping...
