i ordered 2 sets of bump its and when the total came up insted of confirming order to submit they charged my credit card and gave an order confirmation number, instead of it being 9.99 plus s&h they charged me 154.00 with a shipping charge of 85.00. They offer no phone number even though they say call now to place you're order and the website for custer service www.CustomerStatus.com gives you now way to contact them even though they say you need to talk to a live represenative, this is a huge scam and I am going to report this to the better business bur. read full review »
