Phone call received saying it was a promotion from Capital One for being a good customer. I would receive a gas card for $60.00. I agreed to this and than she went on and asked about a lot of other things . Which I did not agree to, the last thing was a coupon book for $29.95. They sent the book and I sent it back, they have now charged my account twice for $29.95 so it must be a monthly thing. They can't be reached by phone or E-Mail. I didn't say yes to the coupon book either.What in God's name can a person do? read full review »
