I have my payment automatilty taken from my checking account each month to make a payment . They have changed the payment due (without me noticeing it) and just this month -as always after the first run in it was taken out on the same day at the bank -has always made it there in plenty of time -now they say it was late -from the 8th taken out to being posted on the 14th-and added a late charge -it's been taken out the 8th with no pro33blem for the last several months or more---I called they did take the late fee off but the payment will... read full review »
