I had ordered the under the door guauards back in november 08, they charged my c. c. but i have not received the products. I have called them numerous times, the gentlemen always stated that they were backed up with requests and the postal delivery was behind too. Well it is after the holidays now and I had called them 1 and half weeks ago and the gentlemen stated that i would receice the products in 5 to 10 business days. Ha!
