Bought Dell studio 17 in May 2009, got blue screen a couple times within the 1st month, then on August 2 2009 it totally crashed. I call tech support, on the phone for 5 hours with a tech that was very difficult to understand but after 5 hours my computer was up and running again. A few days later I start getting blue screen again but did not have time to call tech support. Many blue screens later today Oct 23, 2009 I call about it.
