We refinanced our home with Lend America in September 2009 and the loan dispersement was on Sept 10th. Bank of America has still to receive the payoff and all attempts to resolve this with Lend America have been futile. I get, "We will put a tracer on your money Mr. Peters." Over and over again. I am channeled to only one person, even though I have asked to speak with a supervisor or higher up. I have called bank of america and they have been utterly rude and unhelpful.
