I placed a refill on an prescription and went to pick it up couple days later. The clerk told me that they lost the prescription and needed to contact the doctor about the medication. I inquired her about the lost status of a filled prescription and she got snappy about it after I had waited in line for 20 minutes to pick it up.!! CVS really needs to be more organized and should train their sales people in customer relations a little better. read full review »
