I made a purchase on 12/26/08. I received a statement of my order and payment thru PayPal. I had sent 4 emails and two phone calls to TPW. On 1/05/09 I got an email from TPW, telling me it was on back order and it would be shipped from another warehouse and that I would receive the item in 4 or 5 business days. I have sent another email after that 4 or 5 days. I still have not received any response what so ever from TPW. I am assuming it is still on back order, but all I ask for is some kind of notification. Very frustrated!!! read full review »
