NEVER bank with Wells Fargo (especially in Cerritos branch) nor attempt to apply for mortgage loan because this bank will make you wait for nothing and deny the loan 1 day before escrow closes. We've experienced so much stress with this bank. I personally never had any bad experience with any other bank institutions before ---- Wells Fargo Bank is the worst and I just couldn't imagine why they could treat their client's so unprofessional and couldn't accept their fault.
