received my 30 day free trial bottle. The fact that it required a response within 15 days of their shipping it was not prominent, if present at all. However, within 14 days I had seen my doctor and was told not to take it due to health problems. The next day I called to cancel any future activity and asked about sending the bottle back, as it had never been opened.
